Frank Grossi, president of Bayside Builders, Inc., began his architectural career in 1960.  In 1970 he became a leading architectural designer and builder of custom homes and commercial properties throughout northern Delaware's Tri-state area.  In 1990, Frank moved to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and launched Bayside Builders, Inc.  Today, Bayside Builders, Inc. is the premier custom home builder of Sussex County, Delaware.

Frank's philosophy is simple, he says, "I want something unique in each house I build."  To achieve this, Frank's imagination is in every design and every design is complementary with his construction of a new home.
